We are at the end of the first month of the year!

It’s safe to say that everyone is enthusiastic about meeting the beginning of the year. Everyone has their New Year’s resolution, commitment, and/or goal. Everything was planned out, yet things get in the way; life happens.

Today’s episode is about being okay. When you don’t lose the pound you weight, that’s okay. When you didn’t meet the saving goals you set for the month, that’s okay!
